HSSE
At SSTCM, prioritizing HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) is not just a practice, but a fundamental aspect of our organizational culture
This commitment finds realization through the cultivation of a generative HSSE culture. To achieve this, we implement a comprehensive Risk Management System, integrating a Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) framework. This systematic approach ensures the identification and mitigation of potential hazards before task execution, reinforcing our dedication to a secure and sustainable operational landscape.
HSSE principles are deeply ingrained across all echelons of our organization, validated through ISO45001:2018 certification. This accreditation encompasses pivotal facets such as unwavering leadership commitment, active worker participation, meticulous hazard identification and risk assessment, rigorous adherence to legal and regulatory compliance, comprehensive emergency planning, meticulous incident investigation, and a perpetual commitment to improvement. Operational control activities, including management walkabouts, routine toolbox talks, workplace inspections, and audits, fortify these principles. Our dedicated HSSE Committee, comprising adept representatives from every department, orchestrates a diverse array of programs and regular activities meticulously designed to cultivate an unwavering HSSE culture.
Furthermore, we actively advocate for the utilization of the SumiSafe Program among both employees and visitors, providing a streamlined platform for HSSE interventions and reporting. Through the rigorous adherence to these exacting practices, our goal is to cultivate safe, secure and resilient environment for all stakeholders, concurrently propelling a robust HSSE ethos throughout our operational landscape.
