Sumisaujana’s Sustainability Governance Structure comprises several key components, including the Board of Directors (BOD), the C-suite (CEO and COO), the Senior General Manager of Sustainability, the ESG Core Team, and the Sustainability Committee.

This sustainability governance structure ensures that sustainability is ingrained in Sumisaujana’s operations, with clear accountability, collaboration, and oversight at different levels of the organization. It enables effective decision-making, promotes transparency, and drives continuous improvement in our sustainability performance.
