Anti-bribery and Corruption Policy

The Company takes zero-tolerance against all forms of bribery and corruption and is committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships, wherever it operates, and implementing and enforcing effective bribery and corruption management systems to counter bribery and corruption.

Anti-slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

We are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or any of our supply chains.

Drug and Alcohol Policy

All employees are strictly prohibited from consuming, being in possession of, or being under the influence of alcohol and/or non-prescribed drugs on SumiSaujana worksite/office premises or that of a client, except for those drugs which have been medically prescribed by an authorized medical officer for the person consuming or possessing them.

Environmental Policy

SSTCM is committed to environmental leadership in all of its business activities. SumiSaujana practices policies to provide a safe, healthful workplace, protecting the environment, and conserving energy and natural resources. With these policies in place, we believe that we can achieve a healthy and safe environment.

Fair Employment Policy

SumiSaujana expressly prohibits any form of workplace harassment based on race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status. Improper interference with the ability of SumiSaujana may result in disciplinary action, up to and including discharge.

HSSE Policy

HSSE is a critical, integral part of our lives and business, and, we aim to have an HSSE performance that we can be proud of, to earn the trust and respect of our stakeholders, business partners and the society.

Personal Data Protection Policy

The main purpose of this Policy is for better understanding, of the reasons and purposes, of personal data collection by SumiSaujana as well as the Company’s commitment to ensure personal data collected by us is securely processed and kept.

Our Quality Management objectives have equal status with our other business objectives, and their achievement is a line responsibility. We are committed to complying with all applicable requirements and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.

Sexual Harassment Policy

SSTCM is committed to providing a safe environment for all its employees free from discrimination on any ground and from harassment at work including sexual harassment. SumiSaujana will operate a zero tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment in the workplace, treat all incidents seriously and promptly investigate all allegations of sexual harassment.

Anti Money Laundering Policy

SumiSaujana TCM Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. (SSTCM) is committed to high standards of ethical behaviours, and the prevention and detection of all criminal activities, including money laundering.

Whistleblowing Policy

The Company has put in place the Whistleblowing Policy and Procedure to provide an avenue for all employees as well as Business Associates which include suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and/or any other parties who have a business relationship with the Company to disclose any illegal, unethical, suspected fraud, bribery and corruption, or improper conduct comitted or about to be committed within the Company.
